And it’s often cheaper than the storage rental fees you may already be paying.
There is no credit check and no prepayment penalty. Unlike rented storage units, once you’ve fulfilled the rental agreement, the shed is yours forever.

You can pay off your building at any time with NO prepayment penalty.
What if I do not need my building any more? Can I return it?
Yes. While your building is on RTO, if you no longer need it we will pick it up at no cost to you.

If, during the course of your rental term, your building is damaged or destroyed by an act of God that renders it unusable; Graceland will waive your liability for damages to the building and rental payments will stop. This is a FREE benefit.
